This is a Pay-Per-Task & Project-Based Retainership Model where performance decides income (not attendance 😄).

🧑‍⚖️ POSITION: JUNIOR ADVOCATE

🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Junior Advocate will assist in court litigation, legal drafting, research, filings, and case preparation under the supervision of the firm. This role is ideal for advocates who want practical courtroom exposure, structured work, and scalable earnings based on output.

✅ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Enrolled Advocate with any State Bar Council

• 0–5 years of practice (freshers are welcome)

• Strong interest in Litigation, Drafting, and Court Practice

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks

• Basic familiarity with District Courts / High Courts preferred

📌 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Junior Advocate will be responsible for the following role-specific tasks:

• Legal research on case laws, statutes, and procedural aspects

• Drafting of legal notices, plaints, written statements, replies, applications, affidavits, and petitions

• Court filing, defect removal, and follow-ups

• Assisting in court hearings, brief preparation, and case strategy support

• Maintaining case files and task documentation

• Coordinating on assigned matters with the firm

• Preparing task completion reports for every assigned task/project

⚖️ Accuracy, timelines, and compliance with instructions are non-negotiable.

💰 REMUNERATION STRUCTURE (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 😄)

• ❌ No fixed salary

• ❌ No fixed retainership

• ❌ No “monthly comfort zone”

✅ Pay Per Task / Pay Per Project Model
✅ Payment released only after successful completion of tasks
✅ Tasks evaluated on quality, timelines, and compliance

📊 Minimum Estimated Monthly Earnings (Average Performer):
👉 ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(High performers can earn more; low performers earn motivation 😄)

💡 In short: Work more → Earn more.
Work less → Netflix remains unpaid.

🗓️ PAYMENT CYCLE

• All completed tasks of a month are reviewed

• Payments are released on 7th of every month for work done in the previous month
